Outpost: The Railroad
The Railroad was captured by the Tigers this is allowing them to funnel units into District 0 quickly and easily from outposts from within the Market District, it is currently being used as a recruitment centre for Fangs.

Kijin Tower Controll Point
This Base used to be a Medical center, A old Hospital repurposed by Whisperers. After the Tiger destroyed it killing everyone in it, the area was seized by Kijin Oppressors and repurposed as a Base of Operations.
Outpost: The Whispering Oak
This outpost is our main source of ammunition, be it Laser or Ballistic. Fighting against Strange, they were the first outpost to be freed. Having gone through tough times in the past, now the Oak is our safe haven against Strange's influence on our assets. The question is if this oak is strong enough to withstand the coming storm.

This is a base used by the whisperers currently to move units around District 03 easily, it is currently being used as a recruitment center.

This base is an outpost above surface that controls and watches over an entrance tunnel to the underground metro system.

Outpost: Old Fallen Base
The Original Fallen base now turned into a Tiger Outpost, how bitter sweet. Not much can be said for this location at this time but scouts made note of seeing supply Trucks being moved by The Gears to this location, they're doing something here and it can't be good.

The Network, officially only a homeless shelter, is one of our biggest intelligence operations in the District. The homeless here are our eyes and ears on the street, and in turn, we make sure that none of the other gangs or factions harm the people here.

Kijin Tower
The Seat of Power of the District, Kijin Tower. A massive building dwarfing surrounding structures and demanding to be respected by anyone that lays eyes on it.
Do not enter this Area under any circumstances. We might not be their primary target, but Kijin Tower Soldiers will shoot on sight.
Merciful-heart Hospital
Previously known as the Merciful-heart Hospital, this building has been out of commission for over 2 decades. Roughly 10 years ago, a sadistic cult of some sort has made it their home base. Kidnapping people and torturing them to the brink of insanity.
We cleared it out and now it's being repurposed as a new Whisperer Outpost.

D0 Main Market Hub. The Tigers wield significant influence here, shaping both legitimate and illicit financial activities with an iron grip.
Outpost: "Abandoned Mall"
What looked to be an abandoned Mall turned out to be a well concealed base of the Tigers. We send in people to set up a forward base there. Most of them didn't return. All the ammo we moved there is gone as well.
"No fucking way we are going back in there. It's a fucking Tiger base? Did nobody scout this out beforehand? What a fucking mess... "

Dr. Randolph Carter's Clinic
News anchor and local medical practitioner, he runs his own news broadcast out of his clinic that has found mass appeal over the last few months. He has expressed some allegiance to the Whisperers in one of his broadcasts in the past, mourning the loss of DO Hero Dog.

Lucky's Fight Pit & Bar
Centred within one of the more heavily damaged zones from Athena's floods, Zone 100 has adapted it's environment to integrate what they could of the water damages of the zone. Zone 100's underground has expanded out further, allowing for more seedier and under the radar criminal acts to be put use, the aptly 'Tin Town' that originated from an old Whisperer refugee camp is now home to many, one of them being Lucky's new businesses. If it's booze and good fights your looking for, Lucky's fight pit and bar are set and ready to welcome those who want a new start, or loose a few teeth.

This place is slowly becoming a home away from home, a nice little reprieve away from all the hustle and bustle of work piled onto back at the Hollow. Here the bitter cold is actually a soothing ally to your aching bones, and the hum of the reactors in the distance white out the background noise of annoying or distrubing thoughts. The corners halls and stairs provide a safe maze for you to ascende and stay away from anyone who might be onlooking, though they're crumpled enough that you needed to find a parkour route to the top which leads you to a sense of safety knowing you would hear someone approaching well before they made it up the treacherous climb to the top floors where you rest peacefully watching your enemy from afar. An ivory blue tower smug in its gluttony, waiting for the people to take it apart brick by brick.

Reds Old Outpost
Red's old outpost sits on top of a Darkzone. Kijin contained something beneath this place. A team of whisperers was sent to clear out the area, and they succeeded. Now we possess a forward base right on the doorstep of the Tigers.
Grangers Construction Bots
These zones are filled with construction bots, all branded with the logo of the Tigers. They move rubble and rebuild broken houses that were destroyed by the flood. The sounds of heavy footsteps from the larger bulldozer-type robots fill the streets, working tirelessly regardless of how much coolant rains down on their metallic bodies.

Vigilante Overwatch?
The Vigilantes are gone without a trace, leaving this Zone open to be taken. A team sent by Queen has made deals with the local populace to side with the Whisperers. None of the residents know who these "modern knights" are or what their goals are. The fact is they are seen in a positive light because, during the time they have been watching over this Zone, civilians didn't have to fear any gangs harassing them.
EMERGENCY LOCKDOWN
ZONE 2213 AND SURROUNDING ZONES ARE RESTRICTED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Kijin enforcers report large explosive detonation centered somewhere in zone 2213. Zone 2213 and surrounding zones are currently being locked down and no civilian travel is permitted. Those currently within the zones are advised to stay indoors. If you live in these zones and are currently at outside of these zones, you are to stay away and outside the lockdown radius. Preliminary investigations suggest this may be linked to recent terrorist attack on a Kijin Tower transport was attacked and heavy corporate grade weaponry was stolen, but no firm evidence on the exact nature of the explosion nor the identity of the terrorists.
