Tigers
The Tigers are a powerful gang based in the market district. They’re into all kinds of shady stuff – drugs, shakedowns, arms trade, you name it, they’re doing it. We have been fighting them over turf for years in Zero. But things have changed, they got a new boss, ramped up their gear, and rumor has it that Malius Macay is funding their operations.
Point is, these guys are no amateurs. They’re slick, sophisticated, and worst of all, they’ve got top-notch gear. So, here’s the deal – I’ve got some inside info on their key players and how they operate. But be careful out there, okay? If you happen to cross paths with any of these dudes, make sure you’ve got someone watching your back.
Vito
“The current leader of the Tigers is Vito, a suspected magic user. The worst of the pack, Vito is smart and cunning. Not to mention he has his fingers in enough pies to make ‘well connected’ look like an understatement.”
William
“Most of what we know about William comes from the court case documents we managed to gain access to. He made his way up the ranks at some scientific facility studying cures for various diseases before he finally took the place over. Eventually people started going missing, there was a panic, and an anonymous tip led the cops to the guy.Of course nothing stuck, because why would it? The guy had enough alibis you have to wonder if he knew something about all those poor shmucks. Eventually the case was dropped, whatever evidence they might have had just didn’t stick. Anyway, biological warfare, what a mess.”
Frank
“Frank’s an enforcer for the Tigers on top of being a club businessman. He’s got locations in the Market District and one in District 0. You can also probably find him in the Meat Rack. I don’t recommend engaging him alone though, he’s aggressive and dangerous. We don’t need any more of our best getting hurt cause of recklessness.”
Nev
“Extroverted and somewhat charismatic despite her mysterious nature, Nev used to work for the Tower. Nowadays though she’s running with the Tigers, we think we might have an idea why, but whether that’s the truth or not remains to be seen. As small and unimposing as she might seem, her magitech is a real danger to us. Especially those Vipers, not quite mech, not quite bio, we aren’t fully sure what they are. And that makes them an issue. Not to mention her magic infused weapons and utter disregard for civilians. If there was any head that might look good on a stake.”
Maz
“Comparable to a dog more than a person, Maz is the Tigers’ leashed beast. That shock collar of hers might keep her in line for them, but it doesn’t make you any less at risk. I’d make a Hannibal joke but you can only see so much before it stops being funny and starts being a nuisance.”
Granger
“Our understanding of Granger is limited, but what we do know is he’s an engineer. He seems to be using Old Federation technology to create his robots. He apperantly uses them to build new Housing in D0? Anyways. Killer robots. Fun.”
Oz
“Oz runs cybersecurity and logistics for the Tigers. Seemed to stick to Ricci a lot while he was still around. His protégé? Uses Drones instead of people, seems to creep out even the Tiger goons. Seems to record everything around him, watch your words when he is around.”
CC
"CC is the new overseer of the Tiger grunts. Vito makes some interesting hiring choices because, from what I could gather, she ain't really the combat type. — a Medic as a Tiger boss! That's a new one if you ask me. She gets along great with the rank and file of the Tigers and even the Fangs. The other bosses refer to her as "Ms. Moore." So no doubt she is not only liked by her subordinates but also respected by the other higher-ups."
Davey
“Davey used to run logistics, recruiting, and ‘acquisitions’ for the Tigers, if you haven’t heard of him, that’s probably for the best. And while he might be out of the picture now, his lasting effect on the gang is unfortunately noteworthy. Nasty habit of ransoming and torturing our People. Fucker was fast, be glad leadership decided to end him. At least now you can enter the tunels without running the risk of running into the guy.”
Ricci
"Ricci was once one of the financiers and the CFO of the Tigers, as well as the owner of the Golden Rose Casino. All past tense because the guy is either dead or gone. When we raided the casino, we never found him or his corpse. But he is gone, alright. Just after the raid, I did some digging, and the property rights of the casino went straight to the Market District Council. In short, Malius McKay.Details about him were typical for someone in his position – a relatively new businessman in the Market District, involvement in questionable company acquisitions, and the untimely death of people who held positions he wanted to have. Standard corpo stuff, if you ask me. His casino used to serve as the main base or gathering place for the Tigers. Now that we took him out of the picture, only time will tell where the Tigers will settle in next." <
