"It's hard to believe, but Victor Strange was once a Whisperer. He never wore the colors himself, but he was a member of the council of nine. What he always was and will be is the boogeyman of District Zero. People are scared just saying his name, and making a deal with him is akin to a pact with the devil. Think of a mad scientist archetype, make it about 10 times worse, and you get him. Strange won’t just kill you; he’ll break you, mind and body. Then he will put you back together in his vision, making you 'perfect.' We tried to take him down before, and we’re still paying the price for it. He’s a danger to everybody, not just the Whisperers. If you ever encounter him or his people, get out as long as you can. Because if he gets to you, and you return, you won't be yourself anymore."

She has deep ties to Strange, some might even call her his protégé.The rest of Leadership revolted against her and removed her and her arms forcefully, ensuring we don't all end up as Strange lackeys. Her actions led to her being considered a traitor to the Whisperers. Kill on sight."
